To further expand production scale, optimize production layout, improve product quality and operational efficiency, meet the growing market order demands and support long-term stable development, our factory has completed the construction of a new factory building. The new premises is now officially put into planned use, marking a comprehensive upgrade of our production infrastructure.
The newly built factory focuses on space expansion and upgrading for two core workshops: die-casting workshop and spraying workshop. Previously restricted by limited space, workshops suffered from compact equipment arrangement and narrow working passages, which hindered efficient assembly line operation and large-scale standardized production.
After expansion, both workshops own spacious and well-organized working areas with greatly enlarged space. The independent and open production zones are scientifically divided into raw material storage area, equipment operation area, finished product circulation area and material passage area. It effectively solves problems such as crowded workplace, overlapping working procedures and inconvenient material handling, making production flow smoother and laying a solid foundation for standardized, regulated and refined production.
Based on space optimization, we will introduce a batch of new production equipment for die-casting and spraying processes. Equipped with high precision, high efficiency and strong stability, the new facilities effectively improve product forming accuracy and surface finish, reduce material waste and manual errors, and greatly raise qualified product rate.
Meanwhile, the application of new equipment boosts overall production capacity, shortens delivery cycle and strengthens factory production capacity and market supply capability.
